<p>300 g di farina bianca tipo 0, 200 g di zucchero, 150 g di burro, 4 mele, 3 uova,1 bustina di lievito per dolci, la scorza grattugiata di un limone, un pizzico di sale.</p>
<h2>Preparazione:</h2>
<p>In una ciotola lavorate il burro e lo zucchero con la frusta, unite i tuorli e poco alla volta la farina setacciata, il limone e il sale. Aggiungete al composto metà delle mele, sbucciate e tagliate a fette sottili. Montate a neve gli albumi e incorporateli delicatamente. Unite il lievito. Imburrate uno stampo per ciambelle, versate l&#8217;impasto livellando la superficie e ricoprendola tutta con le rimanenti mele, sempre affettate sottilmente.<br />
Cuocete nel forno preriscaldato a 170° per 40 minuti.</p>
